Wow! The nicest people work here and I met some incredible people, while waiting for my car. It made the time to buy so fast. My car is so clean it's unrecognizable! We need more people like the staff here. I grew up down the street from here and never used this service. I'm so glad I stopped by! Thanks everyone!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS CAR WASH!! This was my 3rd and last time supporting this place. With the exception of 1 person, there was a poor attitude among the workers from the start. My issue was a very poor job done on the windows. Very streaky at best. The first 2 times they didn't touch the inside back window at all. It was extremely dirty and had tell them to be sure to clean it. For $40, I expect to have clean windows. This last time they didn't clean it again. Had to tell him again, and barely cleaned it. When I got in my car, they didn't wipe down the door panel and had a bunch of dust on it. I asked the guy that is supposed to clean the inside for a wet rag so I could clean it myself and I assume he didn't speak any English because he was holding a wet rag in his hand and he just stared at me and didn't give it to me. I asked multiple times and just a blank look on his face. Then another employee, maybe a manager came up to me and lit me up saying not to talk to his employees like that and I was yelling at him. We were right next to the big dryers and it was super loud. I had to speak louder because of the noise level of the dryer. This guy had a hugely sour attitude and was scol

Paid premium pricing for a detail on my truck that focused on exterior panels, tires, plastics, interior panels and a wax. Many areas of the body still had dirt/smudge marks, and some tree sap. No effort given to plastic trim on bumpers, mirrors or hood, side steps weren’t touched and minimum interior work was done. Seemed less interested in doing a quality job and more just getting my truck finished. Spent another 45 minutes at home on it after waiting 90 minutes at the wash.

After reading some of the reviews I was kinda bamboozled that I had such a good experience. I guess it varies? I got a interior detail + exterior , the one time basic for a total of $105, given they gave me a $15 discount (I dont know why, but didnt ask). Dude, the exterior could have been done a bit better... but the interior? Woah. Such a good job! Everything was like brand new, all the wood my car has also shiny and revived. All my leather and alcantara was very well treated. If Im ever around this area and need a car inside detailing I might as well visit these guys. Maybe a bit steep on the price given I can get someone online to come and do it at my place, but this was 9.5/10 given they didnt clean THAT well the outside. Extremely happy with the service :)

I grew up coming to Alicia Auto Spa and always remembered great service — but this time was awful. I arrived around 9:35 AM and was ignored from the start. A woman near the register looked at me and walked away. I had to press a button to call an attendant, who told me I was in the wrong lane instead of simply helping me. He pumped my gas, then drove off with the car in front of me before I had even paid, leaving me sitting there with the pump still in my car for over 15 minutes. Meanwhile, the same woman went on to help car after car on the other side, completely ignoring me. I only got help because I finally got out of my car to ask what was going on. When I finally got assistance, I asked for the backseat and my daughter’s car seat to be vacuumed. At checkout, I explained how frustrated I was, and even another customer admitted I had been overlooked. The cashier said she’d get a manager — but no one ever came. After waiting over 45 minutes total, I saw the customer who had arrived after me already leaving with a spotless car, while mine was rushed, incomplete, and sloppy. The backseat and car seat were untouched, and to top it off, the box above my mirror had been pushed off
